Our OUTDOOR TRAINING AND COMPETITION PROGRAM welcomes athletes of all levels, genders, ages and abilities to come learn from the very best in the country - the coaches and players of Rutgers University. And because we don't have try-outs, everyone is welcome! Training starts at just $175 and U10/12/14/16 and 19s all get up to TWO sessions per week and three competitions!
WHAT YOU GET:
Registration is based on availability and this is strictly limited. Available for Tiny Knights (4-7 years), U10, U12, U14, U16 and U19.
Our Training Program takes place at Bauer Track and Field Hockey Facility on the Rutgers Livingston Campus. Click calendar for full dates. Competition dates are TBC.

Everyone is welcome at Mid-Jersey Knights, regardless of your level and experience. We accept new members at any time, boys and girls - we are open to any and all. We don't have try-outs for our regular training and tournament teams, but spaces are STRICTLY limited. It is first come first served. Note that ALL age groups were sold-out for the 2024 indoor season.
All sessions are open to any and all 4-19 year olds, boys and girls, regardless of club affiliation. High school athletes must reside within 50 miles of our Rutgers campus due to NCAA rules.
What You Need for Indoor Hockey
- Indoor hockey stick (LOTS are available to borrow)
- Shinguards, mouthguard.
- USAFH membership
- MJK Uniform - details will be sent out after registration
